Rider Rewards can be earned and redeemed across BaseNZ (Queenstown & Wanaka), Boardhouse Wanaka, and online at basenz.com and boardhouse.nz.
- Log in using the Shop icon at the top of the site.
- Navigate to the Rider Rewards page (you’ll see a link once logged in).
- From there, you can check your points balance and redeem available rewards.
- Your voucher code will be displayed instantly and emailed to you — just copy and paste it at checkout.
Not usually. Points are earned on full-price items only, unless a promotion specifically states otherwise. Keep an eye out for bonus point events!
Absolutely. You can use your vouchers both in-store and online. Just log in and apply your reward at checkout, or show it to staff in store.
