Splitboarding is truly a unique experience and a whole different way to interact with the environment that snowboarders call home. The Marauder is purpose-built to get you into the backcountry utilizing our BAP core, tip-to-tail integrated carbon stringers, and a fully cambered profile that’s complemented by early rise rocker in the tip and just a hint in the tail. This package comes with pucks, hardware, and skins, so you can slap any puck-system binding on and start walking.

CAMBER
Combination Camber™ – The best of both worlds. By blending both traditional camber and rocker profiles, Combination Camber gives you all the benefits of both; the pop and precision of camber, and the float and predictability of rocker.
Tweekend™ – Tweekend™ is simply taking the rocker and camber profile of the board and extending that profile into the tip and tail. This allows you to use the whole board as stable platform for pressing butters, floating in powder and landing big hits.

BAP Core – K2 blended three species of renewable timber to assemble a core that's strong, lightweight, and designed to enhance dampening without the addition of other materials.
LAMINATES
ICG 10 Biax Glass with Carbon – Integrating tip-to-tail carbon fiber stringers into fiberglass layups ensures a smooth power release in and out of turns while increasing pop, liveliness, and longevity of the snowboard without adding unnecessary rigidity.
SIDEWALLS
Hybritech™ – Hybritech™ is the most efficient way to make a snowboard without sacrificing one ounce of performance. Featuring sidewalls along the running surface that flow into the nose and tail, providing low swing-weight while extending the wood core all the way to the tip of the board for optimized turning initiation and durability.
BASE
Sintered 4000 – K2's sintered 4000 base absorbs wax deep into the material for relentless glide and unrivaled durability.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- Voile-style pucks - Included pucks compatible with both Voile and Spark R&D bindings.
- Mohair blend skins - Pomoca brand 70/30 mohair blend skins provide both good glide and traction while skinning.
- Black sintered base - Sintered 4000 base is more durable and slides better than a standard extruded base. Black color for easier repairs.
BINDING COMPATIBILITY
Split Track – K2's Split Track mounting system opens up a whole new dimension for avid split boarders. No longer are stance's limited by stiff pucks, K2's opened it up to allow any desired stance on earth. Freedom to roam.
