The Mammut Nirvana 22 Backpack is a technical freeride pack designed for skiers and snowboarders who want a low-profile carry with proper avalanche and gear organisation. The 22-litre volume is dialled for shovel, probe, layers, and water without feeling bulky on the chair or in tight terrain, and the large 270° back-panel zip lets you drop the pack and access the whole main compartment without spilling gear in the snow. A dedicated front avalanche safety pocket separates shovel and probe from the rest of your kit, while an internal sleeve makes the pack compatible with the Mammut Back Protector for extra impact protection on committing lines (sold separately). Diagonal and A-frame ski carry, vertical snowboard attachment, and secure mounts for ice tools and poles keep your setup sorted on bootpacks and traverses, and the integrated helmet carrier stashes your lid cleanly when you’re skinning or riding lifts. Built from tough recycled main materials with a PFC-free water-repellent finish, the Nirvana 22 is made for hard winter use, from storm days inbounds to quick backcountry strikes.
